Digitize is not a body shop. We're a small, focused team of experienced engineers who build custom software, manage hosting infrastructure, and solve technical problems for businesses across Australia.
Every engineer here works directly with clients. You won't be buried in a team of 50 — you'll be architecting solutions, shipping features, and seeing the direct impact of your work. We use AI as a productivity multiplier, not a crutch, and we prioritise doing things right over doing things fast.
